Terms for Registration:
A deposit is due at registration if you choose not to pay in full. Please note that deposits are non-refundable.
Refund Policy for for full payment at the time of registration:
If cancellation occurs 6 months prior to event: Sound Method will retain only your deposit
If cancellation occurs in the 6-5 month window prior to the event: Sound Method Yoga will retain $300
If cancellation occurs in the 5-3 month window prior to the event: Sound Method Yoga will retain 50%.
If cancellation occurs within 90 days of the event: SMY will retain 100%
We recommend that you obtain a cancel for any reason trip insurance policy with coverage for Covid 19. Please note that SMY will adhere to this policy to ensure the viability of the trip for everyone. Trip insurance is recommended to insulate you from potential loss. Payment Plans
Deposits are non-refundable. (We retain deposits to cover credit card and admin fees)
Payment Plan: Sound Method offers a 0% interest payment plan for its retreats. You must leave a non-refundable depoist at the time of booking. Payment arrangements must be made with Sound Method to satisfy the balance. We will reach out to you by phone or email. If we do not have arrangements made within 14 days of registration your registration will be canceled and $50 retained.
The full balance must be satisfied 90 days prior to the event

Refunds
Refunds will be refunded to the credit card that was used to pay for the event initially within 14 days of cancellation. Please allow 5-7 business days after for the amount to show up on your balance.
