This class is not for absolute novices but is a GREAT option for those with a little experience and a hankering for some adventure. Learn new poses and transitions. Options are given for students of various levels.
It’s all about strength and endurance. Power Yoga is an empowering experience. Creative body weight poses and transitions will leave you feeling invincible! Great for core conditioning!
Flow through a dynamic series of postures. Creative sequencing will peak in a challenging but doable pose. Great for cardio and core conditioning. Builds flexibility.
Oh it’s so good. Start with blissful Yin postures. Warm gently and progressively to a strong Vinyasa before finishing with a well deserved cool down. The best of both worlds! Great for beginners.
