Project YOU

Our 9 week New Year's wellness challenge begins on Friday, January 5. Our group will delve into a total health reset of Yoga, diet, sleep and stress management. This will be a challenge, make no mistake, but you will be among friends. Invest in your most valuable asset this January, your health!

Our Classes


Beginner's Vinyasa

Start Here! If fitness is your goal Vinyasa is the style of Yoga for you. Learn the basics of Vinyasa including Sun Salutations, breathing protocol and posture alignment

Beginner's Hatha

Start here if you are looking for basics without so much up and down. This is a gentle class that focuses on strength, balance, flexibility. Lot’s of pointers on proper alignment too!

Yin

For a gentle class that marries yoga postures with meditation Yin is it. This class utilizes long, gentle holds to unravel tension profoundly in the body and the mind. An SMY favorite

All Levels Vinyasa

This class is not for absolute novices but is a GREAT option for those with a little experience and a hankering for some adventure. Learn new poses and transitions. Options are given for students of various levels.

Power

It’s all about strength and endurance. Power Yoga is an empowering experience. Creative body weight poses and transitions will leave you feeling invincible! Great for core conditioning!

Intermediate Vinyasa

Flow through a dynamic series of postures. Creative sequencing will peak in a challenging but doable pose. Great for cardio and core conditioning. Builds flexibility.

Yin/Yang

Oh it’s so good. Start with blissful Yin postures. Warm gently and progressively to a strong Vinyasa before finishing with a well deserved cool down. The best of both worlds! Great for beginners.
