Yoga for Beginners Classes Included with the Great Beginnings Pass
Hatha Yoga for Lifelong Wellbeing
This class meets M-W-F from 10:15-11:15 am
Beginner's Vinyasa and Hatha
This class is offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:45-6:45 pm and Saturday at 9:15 am
Offered M-W from 6:30-7:30 pm, T-Th from 12-1 pm, Saturday 10:30-11:30 am and Sunday at 4 pm
Great Beginnings Pass Details
This is a special pass designed to make Yoga for Beginners accessible and affordable.
This Pass lasts for 4 months. It activates on the date of your first visit after purchase.
$50 per month for 4 months. The fee is auto billed to your credit card each month on your unique bill date.

Any student who wants to stick with the basics, even if you are an existing student.

A great Yoga for Beginners program is all about consistency. The benefits of Yoga are cumulative. So the more regular you can be with your practice the more you will see results. We make classes fun and accessible. Our experience is that Yoga is like a healthy addiction. You find over time that you need it to keep your back feeling good, or your mind non-reactive. Take your 4 months to start your new healthy addiction.
