Yoga at the Vineyard - A half day local yoga retreat
Join us for a local yoga retreat at Cellar 426. We’ll take time for a long morning practice of yoga and meditation outdoors with views of the grape vines and Nebraska’s rolling hills. This all levels practice, led by SMY president and founder Mandy Ryle, will be basic enough for novices but offer plenty of options for more seasoned yogis. Through mindful breathing, and a careful sequence of postures we will heighten the senses for a deep immersive meditation in the beauty of our outdoor practice space.
A catered lunch in the winery’s cozy semi-private dining room will be healthy and fresh. Enjoy the wonderful wines at Cellar 426 with an included wine tasting experience. We’ll take some time for conversation and perhaps a glass of your favorite wine (not included) on the deck and patio with 360 degree views of the Nebraska scenery. Then we will take a nice stroll and tour of the vineyard and wine-making area. Our hosts will be the owners of Cellar 426, Amy and Richard and their staff.
